By accessing or using the IDF DEI Toolkit platform, owned and operated by India Diversity Forum (IDF), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. 

Ownership & Intellectual Property 
The IDF DEI Toolkit is the exclusive Intellectual Property of India Diversity Forum (IDF). All content, including text, graphics, software, and trademarks, belongs to India Diversity Forum or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited. 

Use of Services 
You agree to use the IDF DEI Toolkit solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: 

Violating any applicable laws or regulations. 

Using the platform to harm or exploit others. 

Transmitting unauthorized advertising or promotional material. 

User Accounts & Data Accuracy 
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may result in account suspension. 

Fees & Payment 
Some features or services within the IDF DEI Toolkit may require payment. By providing payment details, you agree to the applicable charges. All payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. 

Limitation of Liability 
India Diversity Forum does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. In no event shall India Diversity Forum be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the IDF DEI Toolkit. 

Privacy Policy & Data Use 
Use of the IDF DEI Toolkit is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, process, and protect your personal data. 

Changes to Terms 
India Diversity Forum reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications implies acceptance of the revised Terms. 

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution 
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
